How do I prepare for my appointment?
On the day of your appointment we advise that you should try and arrive a few minutes early in order to complete any paperwork or information that we may require. We also suggest that you wear comfortable clothing. You can choose to come with or without makeup. Our team will be more than happy to assist you in removing your makeup and reapplying following your consultation as needed. For some appointments we suggest that you have someone drive you home. If you are unsure if this applies to your appointment type then please call and speak with one of our lovely Receptionists.
What is the best age to begin anti-ageing treatments?
Any age is a good age to start looking after ourselves! Depending on your treatment goals we can either help you prevent ageing or rejuvenate
Do you offer treatments with minimal downtime?
Our treatments and technologies have your busy lives in mind! We have treatments with no downtime like the HIFU non surgical facelift and others which do have downtime like our DOT CO2 laser rejuvenation. However, all of our technologies and treatments have been designed to keep the downtime to a minimum. Our therapists will discuss downtime with you when creating your treatment plan.
Can I pay off my treatments?
You certainly can. We offer ZipPay and ZipMoney for all treatments and products. Feel free to speak with Reception if you have any further questions regarding this.
